The Dispensary of Hope manages a suite of sustainable, scaleable programs to ensure long-term access to affordable medication:

• Our Instant Access Program provides immediate access to select medications when the patient presents at a clinic or pharmacy – filling the gap between diagnosis and long-term prescription assistance.
• The Continued Access Program provides access to medications on an ongoing basis.  Patients anywhere in the country can fill out a simple application and we'll enroll them in all the national prescription programs available to them based on individual medications, income level, and geography. 

These programs, and more to come, are delivered by a small band of committed individuals dedicated to providing medication access to our most underserved communities.  Each day we are humbled by the stories we hear from patients - the challenges they face in seeking medical care and the trials they face in securing the medications that often keep them alive.
