Covenant Community Care (CCC) is a faith-based non-profit that seeks to provide quality primary healthcare to the uninsured and underinsured of Southwest Detroit. CCC provides low-cost care based on a sliding scale.

Services include a variety of medical specialties as well as health support, behavioral health, and pastoral care, and they are offered to people of all faiths and backgrounds.
