The Hope Dispensary of the Southern Tier is a service of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY. This program offers help to individuals who have no prescription coverage and have a limited income. Patients at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) will be provided with short term and long term medication assistance. Staff can assist with enrollment in Medicaid and other public programs, if needed. Staff can also provide information and assistance to patients so they can obtain a primary care provider, if needed
