The Johnson City Downtown Clinic (JCDC), is a federally qualified health clinic (FQHC) that serves the homeless, uninsured, underinsured, TennCare enrollees, a growing Hispanic population and medically indigent individuals. The clinic provides patients with primary care, prenatal care, prescription drug services and social services. Patients are asked to pay a small fee for their care, though no one is turned away because of their inability to pay.
