Memorial Hospital’s Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy for all your family prescription needs. The pharmacy has access to many hard-to-find medications, stocks a variety of over-the-counter items, places special orders and provides a 24/7 prescription phone line so that you can call for refills even if the pharmacy is closed. Your physician’s office may also phone or fax your prescriptions to the pharmacy. Memorial accepts many insurance plans.

The Pharmacy at Memorial Hospital is located just inside the patient entrance on the fourth floor. It is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. for lunch.

The pharmacy also provides prescriptions and enrollment help for Prescription Assistance Programs for the uninsured  patients at Memorial Hospital.
