Health Care for the Homeless of Milwaukee ensures that men, women and children in Greater Milwaukee who are homeless or at risk of homelessness receive the quality health care, housing, and supportive services they need in order to live at the highest possible level of self-sufficiency.  

Programs include recovery health services, substance abuse, drug testing, primary medical and dental care, case management,  community services, outreach, HIV services, and housing.  All are welcome.
