Good afternoon: we have a new document outlining proof of income requirements for the CAP program. We no longer accept 1099s, but we do accept paystubs now ONLY IN SPECIFIC SITUATIONS. Look at this new document to see what to do for each kind of patient. Even though there isn't a huge change, the process should be more a lot clear now!
We haven't updated the actual application yet, but soon it will match this guide. The guide now tells you what to do for a patient who filed taxes, as well as a patient who didn't, and also what extra documents to include for patients with special circumstances.
